This longer length ugly Halloween fabric vest reads “Ghouls Night Out” on the back with three children dressed as ghosts playing dress up in dresses and one in a witch’s hat.
The front has a black Cheshire cat with really long striped stockings holding an angry witch by her hat in one hand and a trick or treat bucket in the other, standing on a jack-o-lantern.
The other side has a stack of jack-o-lanterns and a cauldron with frogs escaping, and some spiders dangling from the shoulder.
