Shipping Information
Orders placed by noon US Central time weekdays are shipped out the same business day.
We use the US Postal Service to ship our packages, and we ship pretty much everywhere in the world!
Please note: We are currently experiencing problems with our International shipping costs during checkout which may calculate a price that is too high for your country. If you are outside the US and you have a question about the shipping charges shown, you can contact us before checking out. Thanks for your patience!
Shipping Options
Shipments within the US
Priority Mail: Generally delivered within 3 business days (not including weekends) after payment is made. Also gets slower closer to Christmas, and if there is bad weather (hurricanes/tornadoes/blizzards). Shipping times for Priority Mail are NOT guaranteed by the post office.
Express Mail: Guaranteed to be delivered within 2 business days depending on your zip code (often it will arrive the next day). If you absolutely positively need something by a certain time, use Express Mail.
Shipments to countries outside the US
Please note: Any customs, duty or VAT charges your country assesses for imported goods are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact your local post office for more information on what charges may be assessed. We mark all customs documents with your purchase price for your items to help you accurately calculate what you may owe upon delivery.
International First Class Mail: An inexpensive shipping option for items under 4 pounds. Can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Not tracked very well. Not available at checkout–contact us directly if you wish to use this option.
International Priority Mail: Generally delivered within 10 business days (not including weekends) after payment is made. This timeframe is not guaranteed–it can vary by country as some countries are slower to process shipments through Customs. This is our default shipping method used during the checkout process.
International Express Mail: Generally delivered within 5 business days (not including weekends) after payment is made. This timeframe is not guaranteed–it can vary by country as some countries are slower to process shipments through Customs. Not available at checkout–contact us directly if you wish to use this option.
Global Express Guaranteed: The only mail service outside the US that guarantees a delivery date. Not available for all countries. Not available at checkout–contact us directly with the item you are interested in and we can tell you how much it would cost and what the timeframe for delivery would be.
